Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. We use providers and settings that don’t train on your data, and when that isn’t enough we run models on your own servers or on the device.
How accurate is it?
It depends on the task. We measure it on your own examples before launch and give you the figures, so you can decide where a person should check the result.
Cloud or on-device?
On the device when privacy or offline use matters and the task fits on a phone. In the cloud when you need the most capable models.
What does it cost to run?
Before building, we estimate the running cost per document, conversation or minute of audio, and we design to keep it low.
