We hold a Self-Managed registrar account with Nominet, the registry for .uk domain names, and we use it to register and manage .uk domain names for our own projects. We do not sell domain names or registration services to the public.

Terms and conditions
Every .uk domain name registered through our Nominet account is subject to Nominet's Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration, published on nominet.uk. Domain names on our account are registered in the name of Norvani Holdings LLC, so we accept Nominet's terms directly as the registrant.
If we ever register a domain name for someone else, as the Self-Managed rules allow in a small number of cases, we first send them these terms and a link to Nominet's terms, and we only register the domain name once they confirm by email that they accept both.
Key terms
- Charges. We do not charge for registering, renewing or transferring domain names. Nominet's fees are paid by Norvani Holdings LLC.
- Expiring and expired domain names. We review expiry dates every month and renew the domain names we want to keep before they expire. A domain name that is not renewed follows Nominet's standard process for expired domain names. If we hold a domain name for someone else, we email them at least 30 days before it expires.
- Renewals. Domain names are renewed through our Nominet account. There is no charge to the registrant for keeping a registration.
- Transfers and ending the service. We do not charge for moving a domain name to another registrar or registrant, or for ending the service. We handle transfer requests within 2 working days.
Customer service levels
We acknowledge every email or letter within 2 working days and aim to resolve requests within 5 working days. If a request needs more time, we explain why and tell you when to expect an answer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Complaints procedure
- Email hello@norvaniholdings.com with "Complaint" in the subject line, or write to our postal address. Please include the domain name and what went wrong.
- We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and send you a full response within 10 working days.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, reply and ask for an appeal. A director of Norvani Holdings LLC reviews the case and replies within 10 working days.
- If you are still not satisfied, you can contact Nominet, the .uk registry, at nominet.uk/contact-us.
Reporting abuse
To report abusive or illegal activity on a domain name registered through our account, email abuse@norvaniholdings.com. This inbox is checked every working day. Please include the domain name, what you have seen and any evidence you have. We acknowledge reports within 2 working days.
Resellers
We do not use resellers.
